Please don’t use the site or tools to send spam, harass anyone, generate misleading or fake reviews, overload our systems, or try to get around limits or security measures. We may block access if a tool is being abused.

Services

Paid work, such as the Inquiry-to-Booking Setup and Care Plan, is governed by a separate written agreement between you and Southern Intelligence Co. If that agreement conflicts with these terms, the agreement controls.

Intellectual property

The site’s design, text, and tools belong to Southern Intelligence Co. You’re welcome to use the replies and text the tools generate for your own business.

Limitation of liability

To the fullest extent allowed by law, Southern Intelligence Co. isn’t liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the site or free tools. Our total liability for any claim related to the free site and tools is limited to $100.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Louisiana.
