This policy explains what information Southern Intelligence Co. collects through this website, how we use it, and the choices you have. We’ve written it in plain English.

Who we are

Southern Intelligence Co. is a small business based in Baton Rouge, Louisiana, founded by Damon Lipari. You can reach us at hello@southernintelligenceco.com.

What we collect

• Newsletter. If you subscribe, your email address is collected and stored by our newsletter provider, Beehiiv, so we can send you the weekly email.
• Booking a call. If you book a call, Calendly collects the details you enter (such as your name, email, and anything you choose to share) so the meeting can be scheduled.
• Emails you send us. If you email us, we keep the message so we can reply.
• Analytics. This site does not currently run analytics. If we add it, we’ll use either Plausible Analytics (no cookies, no personal information) or Google Analytics 4 (uses cookies to understand site usage), and update this policy.

The free review reply tool

In instant mode, the Google Review Reply Generator runs entirely in your browser. Nothing you type leaves your device.

In AI-enhanced mode, the text you enter (business name, review text, and your settings) is sent to our server and to an AI provider only to generate a reply. We don’t store it, and we don’t log the content of your request. The AI provider processes it under its own terms, which may include short-term retention for abuse monitoring.

Please don’t paste sensitive personal information (like health details or account numbers) into the tool.

Cookies

This site itself doesn’t set cookies. Embedded services may set their own: the Beehiiv signup form and the Calendly scheduler load from those companies’ servers, and Google Analytics (if enabled) uses cookies as described above.

• Calendly (scheduling)
• Our website host (Cloudflare), which processes standard server logs
• An AI provider, only when you use AI-enhanced mode in a free tool
• Plausible or Google Analytics, if analytics is turned on

We don’t sell your information

We don’t sell, rent, or trade your personal information. We don’t add you to lists you didn’t sign up for.

Your choices

Every newsletter has an unsubscribe link. To ask what we have about you, or to have it deleted, email hello@southernintelligenceco.com and we’ll take care of it.

Children’s privacy

This site is for business owners and isn’t directed to children under 13. We don’t knowingly collect information from children.

Changes to this policy

If we change this policy, we’ll update the date at the top of this page.
